From your flight to your first stop
After a long flight, your first journey on the island should be simple. Ask us to arrange a private pickup from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) to your hotel, coastal stay or the first stop of your tour. For other airports, share the details so we can check the route.
Send the flight number, arrival date, landing time and accommodation address. We will discuss the meeting arrangement and the vehicle that suits your passengers and luggage before you confirm.
Departure transfers with time to spare
For an airport drop-off, we plan around your flight rather than a fixed generic pickup time. The starting location, road conditions and the airline’s recommended arrival window all matter.
Let us know about extra luggage, surfboards, children’s seats or accessibility needs when you inquire. These requirements need to be agreed in advance; equipment and suitable vehicles are subject to availability.
Know what you are booking
Your quote should make the route, vehicle arrangement, pickup details and any agreed stops clear. Ask us to confirm what is included, including tolls, parking or waiting arrangements, before you book.
If a flight changes, contact us as soon as you can using the confirmed contact details. We can discuss an updated plan rather than leaving changes to the last minute.
